What if I dont have my official start time?

We limit bookings to five athletes per day to ensure each athlete receives full, high-quality capture of their race.

How will you track me throughout the race?

Our crew will operate from the spectator areas and other approved locations around the course.

We use professional video and photo equipment to capture your entire race, including start, transitions, obstacles, and finish.

Our team follows a planned route and timing schedule to ensure continuous coverage of each booked athlete.

Can you guarantee footage of every segment of the course?

We aim to capture your full race, but exact camera positions are subject to event rules, spectator access, and course layout.

Will you film or photograph me in crowded sections?

Yes. Our crew is experienced with crowded environments and uses appropriate lenses and techniques to isolate athletes in busy areas.

Still, visibility can be affected by other participants and event restrictions.

How do you identify me during the race?

We track athletes using bib numbers, athlete names if visible, and pre-race information you provide when booking.

Please make sure your bib is clearly visible and matches the details you submit.

Do you need any information from me when I book?

Typical required details: your name, bib number (if available), race wave or heat, race day, and any notes about start time or special requests.

If you don’t yet have an official time or bib, provide any expected start window and update us when you have final details.

What if my start wave changes or I get moved to a different heat?

Notify us as soon as possible. We monitor event updates but rely on your confirmations for best results.

Will I be filmed during transitions and rest breaks?

Yes. We capture transitions and on-course breaks as part of the full race coverage, subject to camera access and event rules.

Can I request specific shots or highlights?

Yes. You can request priority moments (start, specific obstacles, finishing shot) when you book.

We cannot promise absolute exclusivity of specific moments but will prioritize your requests within the constraints of the event and our schedule.

What if my bib is unreadable in the footage?

We use multiple identification methods (bib, appearance, pre-submitted info). If necessary, we’ll coordinate post-race to confirm identity and match footage.

How do I book?

Provide your athlete details, race day, and any special notes. We’ll confirm availability (maximum five athletes per day) and send booking instructions and payment details.

What are your cancellation and rescheduling policies?

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided at booking. Notify us as early as possible for changes; last-minute changes may be subject to fees.
